also named after the Danish word for ‘chain’, is a Scandinavian-themed café that serves up restaurant-grade brunch and dinner favourites. The décor is clean and warm with wooden accents all around, although it’s quite dark due to a lack of lighting. 😅 What’s really impressive if how professional the kitchen looks, with a dedicated team of skilled chefs who looks like they have a ton of experience in the restaurant business. 👨🍳 We had the 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗸𝗼 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻𝘀 for starters and we were blown away by how fresh it is! The meat is springy and sweet too, because they are wild-caught rather than farmed. 🦐 The 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 is special too without an overly-strong tomato taste.
