Coming all the way from Sydney, 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝘁 & 𝗣𝗮𝗹𝗺 opens their first overseas outpost in Singapore! The restaurant is set to open their doors in Joo Chiat, where they will serve Modern Asian cuisine with an Indonesian twist. The 46-seater space boasts a Bali-inspired decor with overhanging greenery modern rattan chair, and terrazzo table tops. The space is the perfect for an intimate meal, away from the hustle & bustle outside. The menu features a combination of traditional Indonesian flavours and modern culinary, alongside a focus on wine selections of natural and conventional fine wines.🍷 We had the 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗕𝗶𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗮 which has a deep spicy flavour similar to lobster curry. The sauce coats the pasta making it extra creamy. 🍝 The 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮 has an addictive crispy skin with a unique coconut Balinese spices gravy that gives it a complex flavour. As the executive chef Natasya was once a vegan, she focuses on curating a menu that’s inclusive with more than 1⁄3 of the menu being vegan-friendly. 🌱 The 𝗣𝗮𝘃𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗮 is one such dessert that is made with aquafaba meringue and fresh fruits.
