A cute and cozy Singapore travel review 💕🦁✨ Hello friends! Today, Boom is here to share a 4-day, 3-night chill and adorable trip to Singapore. I just got back from this trip, and I must say I was deeply impressed by this small city filled with charm, cleanliness, easy transportation, and most importantly, lots of delicious food (foodies will love it!). I'll give you a detailed account of where I went, what I did, and what I ate, so if you're planning a trip, you can use this as inspiration. ⸻ Day 1: Arrival at Changi Airport, Jewel, and Bugis Street I landed at Changi Airport in the morning, and I was amazed by how beautiful the airport is! The first thing I did was head to Jewel Changi Airport, a new landmark in Singapore featuring the world's tallest indoor waterfall, the Rain Vortex, surrounded by lush greenery. It felt like being in a forest with sunlight streaming through. After taking lots of photos, I stopped for a snack at a bakery and coffee shop in Jewel before heading out. Next, we took the MRT to Bugis Station, a trendy shopping and cultural hub. This area is full of cute shops, beautiful cafes, and a night market to explore. In the evening, my friends and I strolled around Haji Lane, a small street filled with vibrant graffiti and unique shops. The atmosphere was like stepping into a whimsical fashion world—I loved it! For dinner, we went to Maxwell Food Centre, a famous food court. I tried the "Hainanese Chicken Rice" from Tian Tian, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was tender, and the sweet and savory sauce was perfectly balanced. Highly recommended! ⸻ Day 2: Landmark Day - Merlion, Gardens by the Bay, and Marina Bay Sands We started the day early to take photos at Merlion Park, the iconic symbol of Singapore. The white lion statue spouting water is located by the waterfront, offering panoramic city views, including Marina Bay Sands and the Singapore Flyer. It's a perfect spot for stunning photos. Next, we visited Gardens by the Bay, which features unique flowers and plants. I recommend checking out the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, especially the Cloud Forest with its towering indoor waterfall and elevated walkways that bring you close to the greenery. The atmosphere was refreshing, and every corner was photogenic. In the evening, we went up to the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark rooftop for a 360-degree city view. The sunset here was breathtaking, with the city lights twinkling romantically. Afterward, we watched the free Spectra light and water show at Marina Bay Sands. The lights, sounds, and water effects were spectacular—one of the most memorable experiences of the trip. ⸻ Day 3: Fun at Universal Studios and Relaxing at Sentosa Beach On the third day, we visited Universal Studios Singapore on Sentosa Island. The park has a variety of rides and shows that kept us entertained all day. My favorites were the Transformers 4D ride and the adorable Far Far Away zone. During the day, I enjoyed caramel popcorn sold in cute Minion-themed buckets—I couldn't resist buying several buckets to take home. After the theme park, we relaxed at Palawan Beach. The clear water, blue skies, and cool breeze made for a perfect chill spot. Sitting by the beach in the afternoon with the sea breeze was so refreshing—a great way to end the day. ⸻ Day 4: Delicious Food and Shopping at Orchard Road Before Heading Home On the last day, we started with a local breakfast at Ya Kun Kaya Toast. The toasted bread with kaya (coconut jam) and butter, paired with soft-boiled eggs and hot tea, was simple yet heartwarming. Then, we went shopping at Orchard Road, Singapore's famous shopping street filled with large malls and various stores. From branded clothing to cosmetics and souvenirs, there's something for everyone. Popular snacks like Laksa Chips and Prawn Crackers are also easy to bring home. Before catching our flight, we stopped by Jewel Changi Airport again. This time, the Rain Vortex was illuminated with rainbow lights, creating a fairytale-like scene—a perfect ending to the trip. ⸻ Heartfelt Impressions 💖 Singapore is a city that's easy to navigate, clean, safe, and perfect for those who want a relaxing trip. It offers a variety of activities, from nature exploration and theme parks to shopping and delicious food—foodies will be in heaven. What impressed me the most was the cultural diversity in this small city and the city's organization, which makes everything so convenient. I felt like Singapore was a second home, warmly welcoming tourists with friendliness and charm. If you're looking for a nearby destination that offers a complete experience, Singapore is the answer.
