You cannot go wrong with The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. First, the location itself is conveniently rigged by the Marina Bay, offering prime views of the city skyline from most parts of the hotel. Next, the service was superb, warm, and top-notch. Check-in was breezy and quick, the staff were attentive and efficient, room service ninja-level stealthy. The rooms themselves were on another level. Club rooms offer great sights of the Singapore River, from the wide window in the room, to the iconic hexagonal bathtub. You MUST take a soak (bring along a bath bomb beforehand to fully enjoy the experience). Lounge access adds another premium touch to the entire stay. Meal presentations offered throughout the day means you are NEVER hungry. Afternoon tea was most memorable; it is hard to go wrong with dainty snacks and bubbly champagne, while watching the world go by.
