Hey! Can you believe it? This is an ancient village located on the top of a cliff in the deep mountains of Jiangnan, Songyang Chenjiapu. Unlike the traditional Jiangnan water town with white walls and black tiles, this 600-year-old village still retains its original stepped, rammed earth, and wooden structure. There is also a place in the village known as the most beautiful bookstore on the edge of a cliff - Xianfeng Bookstore! I also stayed in a local homestay, Yunbian Shanse, with a pure rammed earth exterior and a modern style interior that suits the aesthetics of young people! The owner is warm and hospitable!
