How far are you willing to travel to get authentic Nigerian food ingredients?

Stepping into this store on the London Road in Westcliff-on-Sea is like being transported to a foodstall in the heart of Onitsha Main Market in Nigeria: the smells, the eclectic arrangement of food items, customers chatting to each other like childhood friends, even though they've literally just met in the store. The shop was a lot smaller than I expected from the ad that drew me there but it does have unexpected items like pọmọ!
