Wat Phra Rup

Wat Phra Rup is a temple located in Tambon Raw Yai, Mueang District, Suphan Buri Province. It is a famous temple in Suphan Buri for a long time. It was probably built before the Ayutthaya period was the capital. This temple is outstanding for its reclining Buddha image, which the locals call "Nen Kaew". It is considered the most beautiful reclining Buddha image in Thailand. There is also a wooden footprint of the Buddha, which is intricately carved on wood.
