The rooftop is affected by the weather, but there's a lot of seating inside, so it's okay! It's a great place to enjoy coffee on the rooftop while looking out at Suwon Hwaseong and feeling the spring breeze!! I think I go to Suwon a lot every weekend to go on dates.
