Michelin-Recommended Restaurant with Mala Bibimbap

Bibijae 📍 31-28 Namcheon-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan ✔️ One of the most impressive features was their signature dish, Mala Bibimbap! Naturally, I had to try it out. ✔️ The bibimbap is served with side dishes like kimchi, anchovies, seaweed, cookies, and a bowl of seaweed soup. The cookie placed on top of the bibimbap is meant to be eaten separately before starting your meal. Its thin texture and flavor were delightful! ✔️ The Mala Bibimbap comes with a separate mala sauce, allowing you to adjust the amount to your taste. It had a flavor reminiscent of mala hot pot!
