Bing Douhua Specialty Store "Zhuya Douhua"

This shop specializes in "Bing Douhua," a dish that's popular in China this year. The "Osmanthus Frozen Wine-Flavored Small Balls Tofu Flower" I ordered was douhua, topped with sweet osmanthus jelly, fermented glutinous rice called jiu niang, and small rice dumplings. It was not too sweet and refreshing! This douhua had a taste and texture similar to almond tofu. The "Douhua Bing Xi Li" (Douhua Soft Serve Ice Cream) tasted more like sweet Chinese soy milk than douhua!
