Pan Pacific Suzhou The hotel is conveniently located and has unique surroundings, including the Panmen Scenic Area. The service is also excellent. I stayed in a family suite with my colleagues on a business trip, and my child loved it. I want to especially commend the room service, particularly Xia Ning, who was very attentive. We requested a bathtub cover on the first night, and she had it ready for us when she cleaned the room the next day. These small details made us feel very cared for.
