🌞 The northwestern city of Tabuk has long been a resting place for pilgrims from Jordan and Egypt, and is rich in Bedouin culture. 🌈 You can experience this culture at the Twabeen Market, where you can buy plaid carpets and goat hair tents. 🌈 This is also a place to explore natural beauty and the story of the Prophet Moses, who is said to have lived in the eastern part of the city for ten years. 🌈 You can also visit the rock-carved tombs of Maghaer Shuaib in the desert, or visit Maana. 🏖️ Recommended attractions: 1️⃣ Tabuk Castle There are many spectacular fortresses in the Tabuk area, but the one in the city center is probably the oldest. Inside the fortress are two mosques connected by courtyards, stairwells, and watchtowers. There is also a small museum that details the history of the castle and the city, and introduces great explorers such as Ibn Battuta who have visited the area, or pilgrims traveling to Mecca and Medina who stopped to drink water. 2⃣️ Al Disah Palm Valley At the confluence of three valleys south of Tabuk, the rugged carved sandstone pillars of Wadi Al Disah (Palm Valley) are a mix of the Grand Canyon and Monument Valley. Although most of the landscape is ochre desert, there are oases with ponds, lush meadows, and tall palm trees, especially at sunset, which create a dreamlike feeling. You can walk through most of the valley or drive a four-wheel drive vehicle. 3⃣️ Maghaer Shuaib Maghaer Shuaib rises abruptly from the red desert west of Tabuk, with its intricately carved walls and tombs on the rock face reminiscent of Petra in Jordan and Hegra in AlUla.
