I heard that the soba noodles are delicious, so I went to Tachikawa City. The restaurant has a quiet and calm atmosphere. I wanted to try a variety of things, so I booked a course meal. The waiter carefully explains each dish as it is served. It was delicious, even from the first appetizer. Beautiful in appearance and delicate in taste. The grilled miso in the fourth photo is a taste that makes you want to order sake✨ It goes really well with it. The kakiage tempura has a thin and crispy batter, and it's so delicious. I was pretty full, so I was worried I wouldn't be able to fit in the soba noodles, but I managed to eat all the way to the dessert. It was really delicious.
