Tainan: The Hague's Forest "Hagenaars Bosch"

#2月好去地方2025 Hagenaars Bosch is part of the "Bamboo Creek" renovation project next to Tainan Sports Park. The originally barren stream and woodland were renovated into an outdoor recreation park and named after the name during the Dutch rule, meaning "Forest of the Hague". After the actual visit, I really can't explain it. Although there are some landscape facilities, such as the flood retention pond covered with green moss carpet and the purification sedimentation pond planted with water lilies, it is actually quite simple. It is okay to stay for a while to take pictures, but if you really want to go for a walk and exercise, the sports park and Zhuxi Temple along the river are more suitable for all ages. There are two entrances and exits to the Hahnar Forest, but they don't seem to be connected. This is a bit confusing? Moreover, the street lights are dim at night, and the swaying bamboo forest is quite eerie and a bit scary.
