This ramen restaurant was not on our list, but we arrived in Tainan late that day and there were not many restaurants open. So, we had the chance to try this ramen restaurant because there were a lot of people, so we wanted to try it. In addition, the menu looks very delicious. When you enter the restaurant, you can order ramen from the vending machine inside the restaurant. There are clear details of the menu to choose from, including the level of spiciness and various levels. Then, pay at the machine and when you get the receipt, take it to the staff to make the menu you ordered. The food didn't have to wait long before it was served. We ordered 🍜 Spicy Ramen, not very spicy, but the color was very bright and really spicy. We opened up the world of eating spicy ramen with pork bone soup. It was very rich and delicious. We also tried ordering grilled pork as a side dish. The pork pieces were big and thick, very filling.
