Free admission on Saturday evenings Taipei Museum of Fine Arts

The nearest subway station is Yuanshan Station, but it's quite a walk from the station. This is a modern art museum near Taipei Expo Park. It's a fairly large museum, and they also hold special exhibitions, so you'll need half a day to see everything. Admission is free from 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays. However, even normally, the admission fee is about 30 Taiwanese dollars (150 yen), which is so cheap that you wonder if it's worth it considering the quality.
