This is a slightly higher-priced steakhouse, and the overall space, food, and service are all excellent. Their service staff are very attentive. They not only introduce the dishes in detail, but also carefully recommend suitable parts. The bread is baked with a fragrant aroma, and it tastes even better when paired with seaweed cream, which has the flavor of seaweed and is quite special. I ordered scallops as an appetizer, which was very tender and sweet, and the sauce was just right. There is also a complimentary appetizer of bread, served with smoked salmon paste and salmon roe. The first bite is full of rich salmon flavor. If you want to take photos, I recommend ordering the tomato buffalo cheese salad. Not only is it beautifully presented, but it also has a combination of figs and truffle oil. The taste is good, but the taste of the truffle oil slightly steals the limelight from the figs. For the main course, I chose 6oz fillet cooked medium rare, which is especially suitable for people with weak teeth. The skin is slightly charred, and the inside is extremely soft and tender. It tastes even better when eaten with the original juice. A variety of seasonings are also available, and it is recommended to enjoy them in the order of bamboo leaf salt, salt flower, mustard sauce, mustard seeds, horseradish sauce, and rose salt. For sides we ordered mashed potatoes, baby cabbage, wild mushrooms and zucchini, all of which were delicious. For dessert, I ordered carrot cake, which had a delicate texture. The tiramisu had popping candy added to it, which was more interesting. After the appetizers were served, there was a special crumb bucket to clean the table, the service was very particular!
