Taipei's High-Quality Hipster Cafes

Taipei has many hipster cafes, and this time I visited Instil Coffee Dimension in the Da'an District, which was quite a pleasant surprise. Instil Coffee Dimension has a small storefront, and inside they mainly sell coffee and a few desserts. The selection isn't extensive, but the coffee is of very high quality. I ordered a cappuccino, and the milk foam was very dense and thick, with a rich milky aroma. They use their own roasted coffee beans, which have a very rich aroma and layers of flavor. Truly outstanding! 😇 They also sell their own brand of coffee beans, but 100g costs between NT$400 to NT$500, which is a bit pricey. 🥲🥲🥲
