The Taipei Sheraton Hotel's "Qingke Lou" has won two Michelin stars for three consecutive years. Its signature side dishes break the impression that five-star hotels are expensive. Unlike traditional five-star hotels or high-end restaurants that use main dishes as a selling point, smart side dishes can make you enjoy noble and inexpensive Michelin cuisine. It's usually hard to get a seat, but this time I finally got to eat at the Qingkelou. This time I ordered shredded tofu, whispers, red yeast rice, truffle vegetarian goose, peas and blue shrimp, pickled pepper preserved eggs, and sesame oil chicken rice. It's great value for money and very tasty.
