I visited Wudong Bridge during the day and unfortunately missed the lantern festival.

Wudong Bridge Park is located on the banks of the Xijiang River in Huangyan District, Taizhou. It centers around the ancient Song Dynasty bridge spanning the Xijiang River and connects historical relics such as Qiaoshang Street and Wufeng Tower. I found online that Wudong Bridge has a lantern festival during the Lantern Festival. It's a pity that I went the day after the Lantern Festival, and it was during the day. Although I didn't see the lantern festival, there were still many large lanterns on the bridge and in the river, and they were quite exquisite. During the day, Wudong Bridge is free from the hustle and bustle of the lantern festival, and there are few people on the street. Several elderly people lean on crutches and sit in front of their houses, chatting casually. Black and white local dogs curl up on the stone steps and doze off. Occasionally, vendors on tricycles pass through the old street, ringing their bells, and the sound of the wheels rolling over the stone slabs makes the surroundings even quieter. Qiaoshang Street, west of the bridge, still retains its old layout. It's quite interesting to walk around the street alone.
