It is a daimyo garden from the Edo period. Among the gardens designated as special places of scenic beauty in Japan, Ritsurin Garden is the largest. With the lush green Mount Shiun as a backdrop, the garden is cleverly designed with six ponds, 13 artificial hills, and a large number of pine trees pruned into various shapes. *️⃣ Shodoshima is located in the northeast of Shikoku, between Shikoku and Honshu.
