Takasago City, a small town next to Himeji

While traveling in Himeji, I got information that there was a festival in another area nearby, so I decided to go there. It was a small city, but because it was small, I felt more connected to the people. There were only about 4 foreigners besides me, and the rest were all locals. It felt like I was in a drama or an anime, different from the festival atmosphere of a big city, and it was a typical Japanese feeling. Of course, traveling to a big city is good, but I think traveling to a city with clean scenery and quietness is also great.
