Tangyin Yuefei Temple, also known as Song Yuezhongwu King Temple and Jingzhong Temple, was first built in the first year of the Ming Dynasty's Jingtai era (1450). It is divided into the ancient architectural area of Yuefei Temple and the new museum area of Yuefei Memorial Hall, covering a total area of 18,100 square meters. There are more than 100 halls and rooms, more than 30 colored statues, and more than 300 steles by famous people from past dynasties. The overall layout of the architecture is rigorous and magnificent. The main hall of Yuefei Temple is majestic and solemn, with a heroic statue of Yue Fei inside. The temple courtyard is filled with steles, including Yue Fei's timeless masterpiece "Man Jiang Hong," "Return My Rivers and Mountains," "Ode to the Precious Sword," and handwritten copies of the "Qian Chu Shi Biao" and "Hou Chu Shi Biao." There are also calligraphy, paintings, and stone carvings by famous artists of past dynasties praising Yue Fei. It is a relatively well-preserved complex of Ming and Qing Dynasty architecture, one of the largest ancient architectural complexes in northern Henan, and one of the three major Yuefei Temples in China. Yuefei Temple faces south, with a rectangular outer contour and a rigorous layout. Most of the existing buildings are from the Ming Dynasty. There are six courtyards, mainly composed of Jingzhong Archway, Mountain Gate, Imperial Stele Pavilion, Main Hall, Yue Mu Ci Zi Shrine, Xiao'e Shrine, Yue Yun Shrine, Four Sons Shrine, and Three Generations Shrine, with more than 120 halls and rooms. It is a patriotic education base for future generations to commemorate the national hero Yue Fei and express their patriotic feelings. On June 25, 2001, Tangyin Yuefei Temple was announced by the State Council as the fifth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. In 2006, Tangyin Yuefei Temple was rated as a National AAAA Scenic Spot.
