I went on a two-day, one-night trip to Fukuoka! This time, I'd like to introduce two delicious restaurants in the Tenjin area. [1. Ceylon] I like Sri Lankan curry, so I wanted to try this popular restaurant. They didn't have beef curry, so I ordered fish curry. The food isn't served quickly because there are only two people running the place. It's not uncommon to wait 30 minutes for food in Sri Lanka, so that's Sri Lankan style. Yamaya Bettei Nishinakasu] Since I came to Fukuoka, I really wanted to eat motsunabe, so I went to the famous Yamaya. As it is a villa, it had a luxurious atmosphere. I was surprised by the wide variety of alcohol and drinks, and the variety of motsunabe. I ordered the most standard Hakata staple motsunabe with soy sauce and tomato paste, but the offal was fresh and plump! The fat was slightly sweet, and even my family, who don't like tripe, enjoyed eating it. As it's a famous restaurant, the service from the staff was also good.
