Tiger Cave Temple, Kanchanaburi

Wat Tham Suea is located in Tha Muang District, Kanchanaburi Province. What catches the eyes of tourists who come to visit the temple to pay homage to the chedi is the large size of the temple and the largest Buddha statue in Kanchanaburi Province. The Buddha statue is beautiful and decorated with golden mosaics. When you arrive at the top, you will be greeted by the cool and strong wind. Looking down, you will see green rice fields. There is also the Chedi Kesa Kaew Prasat, a brick-colored chedi divided into several levels. Each level enshrines many Buddha statues, up until the top level, which enshrines the relics of the Lord Buddha brought from India. There are also various temples where you can go in to pay homage to the Buddha statues and admire the beautiful murals inside. When you have seen everything, go down to Tham Suea, a small cave at the foot of the mountain below.
