Thale Noi-Songkhla Lake Viewpoint 🦅 Thale Noi is a freshwater lake connected to Songkhla Lake. It is an important wetland area and is considered another famous tourist attraction in Phatthalung. There are activities such as taking a boat to see lotus flowers and watching buffaloes swim. It has been declared as the first wetland area in Thailand or “Ramsar Site”. 🌉Chaloem Phrakiat 80th Anniversary Bridge or Ekkachai Bridge, a bridge that crosses Thale Noi between the border of Phatthalung and Songkhla provinces. It is known as one of the longest bridges across water in Thailand, with a distance of 5.5 kilometers. 🏡The abandoned red-roofed twin houses in the lake next to the Chaloem Phrakiat Bridge were originally built as temporary accommodation while the bridge was under construction. When the bridge was completed, the province saw that it fit the atmosphere of the place, so it was not demolished.
