A Tokyo hotel with robots

The originally very old Shinjuku Washington Hotel has now been renovated throughout and many facilities have been automated. One particular service is delivery robots. We requested additional room toiletries and asked the bots to bring them to us. When the bot arrives at the front of the room, the phone will ring to notify you. We enjoyed breakfast buffet in the restaurant on the 25th floor.
