The Kitajukkan River flows between the Skytree and Oshiage Tenso Shrine, and it is about 250m across the river from Oshiage Station. It's a small shrine, but it has a portable shrine store, so I'm sure it's crowded with people during festivals. Across from the shrine is Kasugaya Confectionery, a factory-direct sales store for ningyoyaki, and they also had today's special items on display.
