Kita-no-Maru Park

#thingstodo Really lovely free park away from the hustle and bustle. Fairly small but has nice paths meandering through the trees, and most importantly it was absolutely deserted! Very nice to walk through if en route to the Imperial Palace East Gardens which are also free and a must visit. It’s a very popular spot for seeing Sakura Blossom espacilly in Chidorigafuchi Moat. The garden is also home to the famous Nippon Budokan which is a great place to visit. However, be prepared it will be very crowded during peak season.
