Tokyo, Japan - City green island near Tokyo Bay: Hamarikyu Gardens

There are many Japanese gardens in Tokyo, each with some unique views, such as the #浜离宫恩礼庭園 near Tsukiji Market, which combines the Japanese garden with modern skyscrapers and the sea view of Tokyo Bay in one frame, making the photo look very majestic. If I hadn't stayed at the Vista Hotel next to Tsukiji Market, I don't think I would have made a special trip to visit. I used the spare time in the afternoon after checking out in the morning to explore this 17th-century villa of the Shogun #Hama-rikyu Enshi Garden. The ticket is very cheap, only ¥300. The entire garden is designed in the style of the Edo period. What comes into view is a large expanse of green grass, beautiful pine trees with tree-shaped sculptures, and a pond with reflections of buildings. It's probably an urban oasis. Hama-rikyu Gardens covers a vast area, so large that it has a moat and a shrine, as well as a pier connecting to Tokyo Bay. It would be absolutely beautiful if you visit during the cherry blossom season or when the maple leaves turn red. But the disadvantages are also obvious. It is quite sunny to walk through the park on a hot day.
