Visiting the Tokyo Imperial Palace

You can make a reservation online or queue up at the site to get a ticket. The number of tickets is limited, and once they are gone, they are gone. By around 12 PM, there is already a long line of people waiting at the side gate to get tickets. After getting the ticket, you can leave, but you must return ten minutes before the entry time. Upon entry, bags will be checked, and you will listen to an explanation. There are tours available in Chinese, English, Spanish, and French, but personally, I don't think it's necessary to go inside. It's just a quick tour, and you don't see much.
