#0yentravelFebruary2025 Since its establishment in 1977, Sugita has been serving pork cutlets, sauteed dishes, fried shrimp, omelets and salads. On Saturdays and Sundays, there are long lines. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:30 and was lucky enough to be able to enter without a reservation. It seems that most customers have reservations at other restaurants. I ordered fillet, pork soup and rice. The table was ready about 20 minutes after ordering. I was surprised that I could have one refill of rice, but I could have as many refills of cabbage as I wanted, which made me want to cry. The sweetness and juiciness of the fillet was locked in, making it a pleasure to put in my mouth.
