Skazka canyon, or fairytale canyon, is a place where you explore the JAW-DROPPING SCENERY and beauty in Kyrgyzstan. It is such a hidden gem when its not crowded and flooded with tourists! Not far from Issyk Kul Lake, Szaska Canyon is an absolute HEAVEN for us nature enthusiasts! The canyon is mostly red soil and has very interesting geological formations. What’s even better, you can have the view of a lake if you climb to the higher viewpoints! On a sunny day, the colors would just shine and pop! Getting There - To get to the entrance, you could drive, take the guided tour or take a taxi. Shopping - at the entrance of the canyon, there are a handful of sellers and souvenir shops.
