Located in Yuxi Beicheng, there is a provincial cultural relic protection site, Li Family Courtyard, located on Wenxing Street, Yuxi Beicheng. This Siheyuan, which was built in 1918, was once the private residence of Li Zexi, the mayor of Pushetown. It was rated as a municipal cultural relic protection unit in 2001 and was rated as a provincial cultural relic protection unit in 2012. The Li Family Courtyard has a total of nine courtyards. Only the ninth courtyard is open now. The courtyard is a two-entry traditional antique residence. The construction is exquisite, the design is ingenious, and the wooden lattice windows reveal wonderful light and shadow. When you climb up the creaking wooden stairs, the second floor has a wide view, overlooking the lush garden in the courtyard, and the golden osmanthus is fragrant, as if traveling through time and space back to the prosperous era of Beicheng in the past. 1.
