The beautiful tongue sashimi is served with three types of sauce: salt, soy sauce, and salted sesame oil. It's so delicious it melts in your mouth. The special tongue is the tongue root and top tongue. Can you tell from the photo? It's super thick...!!! And soft...!!! At this point, I'm already so satisfied! The lean meat is thigh, tsurami, and chestnut. It was served on a plate, and it was so beautiful that it was overwhelming. And the taste was perfect!!! Thank you to my friend who cooked it for me...!
