Soaking in the steaming hot spring water, feeling the mountain breeze, and listening to the sounds of nature, I felt as if I was cut off from the world, and all my worries were gone. It was a truly healing experience. The food was also unforgettable. Dinner was authentic kaiseki cuisine, with each dish as exquisite as a work of art. From the presentation to the combination of ingredients, everything was carefully crafted. The fresh sashimi and juicy wagyu beef were delicious, and I could taste the true flavors of the ingredients. Breakfast was a rich Japanese set meal, with miso soup, rice, and various side dishes. It was simple yet full of homey flavors, giving me energy for the day ahead. The service at the hotel was also very attentive. The staff were friendly and welcoming, from the detailed guidance during check-in to the thoughtful care during my stay. They made me feel at home. Whether it was booking activities in the area or answering questions, they responded quickly and professionally, making me feel comfortable.
