The Ale Project

The Ale Project (TAP) is a craft beer bar with its main store in Mong Kok and a branch in Nan Fung Cotton Mill. The store offers up to 20 local and foreign craft beers, including Shaoye Beer, Hero Beer, etc. The food is also thoughtfully prepared, such as the rare fried coriander burger, which is quite filling, with semi-melted cheese covering the burger steak, and then topped with a big bunch of fried coriander.
