Hops Garden Bristo & Cafe is open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM in Mueang District, Udon Thani Province. This newly opened restaurant offers both air-conditioned and open-air seating. There is a large pool where you can sit and enjoy the cool evening breeze. The evening is the best time to visit. The entrance is surrounded by rice fields. We visited during the day and chose to sit in the air-conditioned room, where soft piano music was playing. The menu includes local Isaan dishes such as som tam and larb, as well as seafood like steamed blue crab and grilled prawns, and Western dishes like steaks. There are many other items on the menu as well. The highlight of the restaurant is its luxurious decor, reminiscent of a German city. The atmosphere is warm with brown and white tones, and the air conditioning is just right. People come steadily, but it is not crowded. The restaurant also offers private parking.
