Chaka Salt Lake

Clouds in the sky, salt on the ground, the lake's surface is as calm as a mirror. The low-hanging white clouds reflect on the water, making it hard to tell whether the salt or the clouds are whiter. Standing by the salt lake, I feel utterly insignificant between heaven and earth. The world falls into perfect silence, as if my soul has been cleansed! Nature is so miraculous – even a sodium salt lake can be bestowed with such breathtaking beauty. It allows us to perceive wonder with both our eyes and our hearts.
