The canola flower fields are expansive, and parking is convenient, making it a great place to visit with friends, partners, or family! Tips from a local Ulsan resident who has been visiting for years: - Public parking is free on weekdays but paid on weekends and holidays. - If the public parking lot is expected to be crowded, it’s better to park near the seafood market rather than right in front. (The public parking lot is usually full except early in the morning, and it’s difficult to turn around due to congestion. The seafood market area usually has spaces even on weekend afternoons.) - Go further inside rather than staying at the front! (The area where the canola flower fields begin is sparse with flowers and crowded with people. If you go further inside, there are fewer people, the terrain is higher, and you can capture the sea beautifully without people in the background.) - Directions: Follow the road next to Sledoe Art (Sound Experience Center) straight ahead. - Avoid wearing cherished shoes, brand-new white shoes, or dress shoes unless you’re confident about being careful! While I’ve managed to visit for years without issues wearing white pants and white shoes, I’ve seen many couples with shoes completely soaked in mud.
