🙏🙏 Wat Sangkasatnakiri (Wat Khao Sakae Krang) is located at the foot of Khao Sakae Krang, at the end of Tha Chang Road in Uthai Thani Municipality. It is a famous temple and is well-known among Buddhists in general for the Tak Bat Thevo tradition, which is held on the 1st waning day of the 11th lunar month of every year. It is considered an important tradition of Uthai Thani Province. On that day, more than 500 monks will walk down the 449 steps from the pavilion on the top of Khao Sakae Krang to the grounds of Wat Sangkasatnakiri below to receive alms.
