Discover the Enchanting Blue Glowworm Caves of Waitomo

In Waitomo, New Zealand, the glowworm caves are a unique spectacle, as the glowworms here emit a rare blue light, unlike the green glow seen in other parts of the world. Inside the caves, photography, noise, and any form of light are strictly prohibited. Deep underground, a small boat drifts silently on a dark river, revealing a 'galaxy' of glowworms that have illuminated the cave for thousands of years. The icy blue clusters resemble a sky full of stars or snow lotuses blooming on the cliff tops. The hanging glowworm threads form a dense curtain, adorned with tiny droplets of mist, creating a scene reminiscent of a beaded curtain or crystal harp strings.
