See glow worms at Waitomo Caves!

📅 Travel itinerary 🌟 From Auckland to Waitomo Caves! (2.5h) We left at 8am, stopped off at McDonald's, and then headed to Waitomo Caves! 🌟 Arrived at Waitomo Caves! There is free parking at Waitomo Caves. We got our tickets after telling the reception our name and the number of people! We waited in the cafe inside until the time came, and then we went inside the cave! 🌟 Mysterious experience The experience took about an hour, and more than half of it was an explanation of the cave, and at the end we boarded a boat to see the glow worms. The explanation of the cave was also very interesting and a wonderful experience. Photography was prohibited, but we could take a photo for just the last moment. 🌟 Visit to a famous local bakery After enjoying Waitomo Caves, we visited a famous local bakery. They are especially famous for their pies and donuts, so we tried them. The donuts were not the usual donut 🍩 shape, but more like hot dogs 🌭, but they were really delicious!
