Coffee beans purchased at an abandoned cafe on the northernmost island

Kutsugata, Rishiri Island I went to buy some coffee beans that are rumored to be delicious at the Rishiri Town Settlement and Migration Support Center Tsuginova, an exchange space that opened in 2020 by reusing part of the old Kutsugata Junior High School building. This is a cafe where you can eat and drink or take out, but you can also use it as a coworking space and consult with the staff about settling and relocating. The staff are people who have actually moved to Rishiri Island from other prefectures. The nice thing about settling and relocating is that you can easily imagine and understand what kind of life awaits you, which is a nice point. The coffee beans are sent to me by someone from outside the island. Apparently, that person's hobby is roasting coffee beans! ! In front of the jar containing the beans, there is a chart showing the richness, acidity, and bitterness, making it easy to choose your favorite beans. I tried it immediately after purchasing it, and the taste was very good, not much different from that of a coffee shop that uses carefully selected coffee beans. And the takeaway bags are very stylish! They are considering selling herbal tea in addition to coffee in the future, so I would like to stop by again when I visit the island.
