In Wanning, all the best sights are free!

The Wanning Shenzhou Peninsula Lighthouse is a free attraction. It was a shame it was cloudy and incredibly windy—I almost lost my drone to the gusts. There's a parking lot at the entrance to the scenic area, but it's still 2 km from the lighthouse, and you can't drive in. You can rent an electric motorcycle, walk, or take the scenic area's sightseeing bus for CNY 20/person. I highly recommend renting an electric motorcycle; riding with the wind in your hair gives you a true sense of freedom! The iconic three-wheeled motorcycles are super popular here! The coconut tree-lined road leading to the lighthouse is arguably Wanning's most beautiful spot. With swaying coconut palms and a gentle sea breeze, every glance is breathtaking. Many people relax on the grass, facing the sea, feeling like they're in another country. It's super chill~
