Bare-chested performers roared as they swung spoons filled with molten iron skyward—whoosh!—the iron bloomed into fiery flowers midair! For a breathtaking moment, the sparks formed silver willow branches against the night sky, perfectly complementing the golden pavilion in the background—absolutely spectacular! Before I could even gasp in awe, the sparks scattered across the lake, only to be followed by another shower of luminous rain. Important note: Every Friday and Saturday night features additional fireworks shows—Wunvzhou guarantees you won't leave disappointed! As the countdown ended, a bright flame whooshed into the sky before exploding with a bang, transforming into countless dazzling sparks that illuminated the entire resort. In that instant, I glimpsed the glorious golden age of Huizhou. Another unmissable nighttime experience is the large-scale live performance "Encounter Wuyuan." Based on Wuyuan's ancient "Flying Wunv Goddess" legend, Jin Yong's martial arts culture, and Jiangxi's revolutionary spirit, it portrays a three-life romance and patriotic devotion. I highly recommend the night paddleboat ride—I mistimed it, otherwise I could've watched the molten iron fireworks from the boat! Plan ahead to catch this unique perspective of the spark showers. The first floor houses the worship area for Wuyuan's local Five Manifestations Wealth God, while the second floor offers scripture copying and blessing card writing. I devoured a huge milk shaved ice at a dessert shop. 30°C weather nearly melted me, but this icy treat gave me energy for two more hours!
