Hidden in Xiamen, this "Little Jiuzhaigou" is unbelievably beautiful! Friends, today I want to share with you a mysterious and incredibly beautiful place. It's the Seven-Color Pool in Tong'an, Xiamen. It's truly a feast for the eyes and is known as Xiamen's "Jiuzhaigou." I drove there myself from the island, and it took about an hour. As soon as I arrived at the Seven-Color Pool, I was instantly captivated by the colorful waters! The sunlight danced on the water's surface, revealing a spectrum of colors - blue, green, yellow, orange, red - like a rainbow painted by nature itself. The gentle breeze created shimmering ripples, resembling flowing gemstones. There was even a blossoming tree nearby, adding to the enchanting atmosphere! Travel Guide Tickets: Currently, the Seven-Color Pool is open to the public free of charge. Best Route: After arriving at the parking lot, just follow the signs. The scenery along the way is also quite lovely. First, go to the viewing platform to overlook the entire Seven-Color Pool, then follow the steps down to the poolside for a closer look at the beautiful water. Best Photo Spots: Don't miss the higher ground by the pool. Standing there, you can capture the entire pool, with its distinct layers of color. The blossoming tree by the pool is another great spot, where you can frame people, flowers, and water together for a stunning shot. Also, try crouching near the water's edge and using the water as a foreground for portraits - it works wonders! Best Time for Photos: Between 2pm and 4pm, when the sunlight is soft and the pool's colors are most vibrant. Outfit Suggestions: Wear light-colored clothing, such as white or light blue, to create a contrast with the pool's colors, making your photos even more striking. Nearby Food Tong'an Fengrou (Braised Pork): This is Tong'an's signature dish. It's rich but not greasy, melts in your mouth, and is full of collagen. Popiah (Spring Rolls): A variety of vegetables, shredded meat, oyster omelet, and other ingredients are rolled together for a rich and satisfying bite. Wan Tsai Kueh (Steamed Rice Cakes): Made from rice milk and steamed, these cakes are served with minced meat, shrimp, and other toppings. They are soft, chewy, and incredibly delicious.
