The Westin Xiamen, an amazing check-in experience ✨ The location is fantastic 📍 As soon as we arrived in Xiamen, we headed to the hotel my husband booked, and I must say this place really exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located on Xiamen Island, making transportation super convenient. It's very close to the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. Plus, there are so many attractions nearby - South Putuo Temple and Xiamen University are just a short walk away. On my first day after check-in, I strolled to South Putuo Temple from the hotel, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way, which really lifted my spirits. The recreational facilities are impressive 💪 I can't praise the hotel's recreational facilities enough. The gym is fully equipped with treadmills, machines, and everything else you might need, all brand new. I worked out there for half an hour every morning, working up a good sweat and feeling energized all day. What surprised me most was the swimming pool - the water was exceptionally clean and temperature-controlled, so it wasn't cold even in winter. I swam a few laps one day while some children were taking swimming lessons nearby, creating a really pleasant atmosphere. The hotel also offers yoga classes, which I tried once. The instructor was very professional, and following along helped me relax considerably. The stay was incredibly comfortable 🤗 Upon entering the hotel, the lobby gives off a very upscale feeling with elegant decorations. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and the check-in process was super quick. My room had an amazing view - I could see the ocean directly, and I was stunned when I opened the curtains. The bed was extremely comfortable; after a tiring day, I fell asleep as soon as I lay down. The toiletries were all high-end brands that smelled wonderful and felt luxurious. When I was getting ready for bed, I noticed that the shampoo and shower gel were separately packaged, showing great attention to detail. Thoughtful touches that warm your heart ❤️ When I checked in, the hotel prepared a small gift for me - some local specialty snacks in elegant packaging. I got hungry that night and tried them - they were quite tasty. Another time, I returned to find the room's air conditioning a bit too warm, so I called the front desk. Staff quickly came up to adjust it for me, with such a good attitude that I felt truly cared for. The hotel restaurant is also worth trying, offering both Western and Chinese cuisine, all delicious. There are also many dining options around the hotel, so you'll never go hungry. If you want to explore the area, you can visit the Island Ring Road, which has beautiful scenery and refreshing sea breezes, making for a truly pleasant experience.
