Fairmont Shaman Afternoon Tea Review

Dessert & Savory Composition Seasonal desserts such as strawberry macaroon, sakura chocolate, and lemon tart were beautifully arranged on a 3-tier tray, and the baguette and ham were delicious, and there was a variety of beet mousse tartlets and dim sum-style savory. The ingredients were fresh and the plating was neat, so it was fun to look at and eat at the same time. ⸻ 🍵 2. Tea & Champagne Options There were quite a variety of teas, from black tea to herbal tea and fruit blend tea—including TWG, so it had a luxurious charm. A glass of champagne was added for an additional cost, making the afternoon even more enjoyable. ⸻ 💺 3. Space & Service The lounge had a modern velvet sofa, lounge-like lighting, and a quiet yet sophisticated atmosphere. The staff service was also impressive. When they brought out the tea, they carefully checked the tea temperature and refill timing—it really felt like a Fairmont experience.
