I went to Xinpu one night and found that it was too late and many shops were closed. I stumbled into Chunxiang Food by accident! It is located on Xinpu Old Street, the street with the most delicious food It's really run by Vietnamese people. (I don’t know if it’s run by Chunxiang herself 😆 (The store replied that the lady boss is Mengchun 🤣🤣 - 🇻🇳Braised beef rice noodle $90 It’s a big bowl~~ and there’s a lot of rice noodles! The point is that their rice noodles don’t have a stinky smell👍🏻 The beef tastes like warm beef soup and has no fishy smell. The beef portion is moderate and there are some bean sprouts I like their soup the most. You can taste the original sweetness of the ingredients when you stew them. The taste is more authentic Vietnamese style, not Taiwanese style.
